What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 days return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.

Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.


Are your products authentic?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after order processing. Processing times are usually 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or high-demand periods. For Express deliveries, it takes 1-3 business days.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.


Are customs duties or taxes included?

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product price and may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
